Extras for a fee
Heating/Air Conditioning: a fee of €0.35/kW is calculated based on actual consumption..
Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total is required at the time of booking. The balance is required one week before arrival.
Final Cleaning: excluded from the house rental rates.
Deposit: Upon arrival and check in, a deposit of €300 is required for any damages, which will be returned at the end of the stay after the final inspection.
